EXCITING NEWS!  As many of you may know, my one-man play Blood Type: RAGU has been a project near and dear to my heart for a few years now.  I am thrilled to announce that Producer Robert Dragotta has come on board to bring Blood Type: RAGU to an Off-Broadway venue.  Robert is a producing partner for Entertainment Events, Inc., a theatrical production touring company.  Among Robert Dragotta’s hugely successful productions are: Sarah Jones’ Bridge & Tunnel, Noises Off, Menopause the Musical, and Bombay Dreams, to name a few.    We are in the process of raising seed money and bringing in producing partners.  If you are interested in being part of this exciting opportunity at the ground level and would like to make a monetary pledge, we want to hear from you!  Thank you for your ongoing support as Blood Type: RAGU moves into this next exciting phase.  For more information regarding the investing or producing process you may contact Robert Dragotta at Entertainment Events – 212-947-9300.  Entertainment Events website:  Entertainment Events

My show has also been mentioned in Professor Fred L. Gardaphe's new book From Wiseguys to Wisemen (The Gangster and Italian-American Masculinity).  The author analyzes my work and dedicates Chapter 10, pp. 205-207 to my show.  The chapter is entitled From Macho to Zero: Redesigning Italian-American Masculinities.  Thank you Fred and congratulations on your book! To purchase Fred's book log on to:
Amazon.com. Click on my blog to read the excerpt.
